I met Roberta and Juan at the Sterrett residence today, and it looks awesome! I wish all my clients would take advantage of your Custom Care Program. As you know, I can be very picky and detail oriented with my Landscape Designs. That is why I recommend Sonoran Gardens for the installation. Unfortunately, so many times I visit my projects after a year, to find that they are not being properly maintained! After working so hard on the Design, and being actively involved in the construction process, it is frustrating to see my vision not reach its full potential. I’ve even seen good landscapes ruined by poor maintenance practices!
That is not the case at the Sterrett residence. I hadn’t visited the property since we finished the installation, about a year ago. Roberta and I walked the property and she explained everything that they are doing. Other ‘maintenance’ companies have unskilled laborers who just come in and butcher the plants, rake up the debris that they created, and leave. Roberta is not only knowledgeable about proper plant maintenance, but also about proper irrigation maintenance and low-voltage-lighting! Because she is an Award-winning, Certified Landscape Designer, I am completely confident in having her take care of any landscape that I’ve designed!
She and Juan are always polite, friendly and professional! I recommend Sonoran Gardens’ Custom Care Program to all my clients.
